Prepare your ARC and Click the box for the "terms of service"
Scroll up the Terms & Service and click Agree & Sign up
Prepare your ARC Card to Sign up
Press to take a photo of the front of the ARC
Press to take a photo of the back of the ARC

Fill in the information to match the ARC
Fill in the mobile number and set a password to access the App. Enter the referral code (ARC No. of the person who invited you)
Enter the Verification Code received via SMS and click "CONTINUE"
Click New Register
