These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") are used in connection with the use of the EUI PhilMoney APP related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by EASTERN UNION INTERACTIVE CORP. (hereinafter referred to as "EUI"). The user (hereinafter referred to as "user") agrees to use the agreement as follows:

1 Recognition and acceptance clause

 

1.1 The User shall read the contents of these Terms and Conditions in detail before using the Service. Any objections shall be submitted to EUI before use and will no longer be used. By using the Service, the User has read, understood and agreed to accept all of the Terms.

 

1.2 EUI may amend or change the content of these Terms at any time. These terms after the change are effective as of the time they are published in the EUI PhilMoney APP. If the user has any objection to the content of this clause after the change, it should be submitted to EUI before use and no longer use the service. Continued use of the Service after the User has amended or changed the Terms will be deemed to have been read, understood and agreed to be accepted by the User.

2 User registration

 

2.1 When using the Service, users should provide true and correct personal identity data registration and login, including the front and back of the residence permit, personal half-length photos and other relevant information within the validity period. If there is a change in personal data, the user should promptly update the data. If the user provides any error or untrue information, EUI may suspend or terminate the user's account and refuse the user to use the service, the user shall bear all responsibility.

 

2.2 The user's account number can only be logged in and used by the user. The user should take care of it to avoid improper use. Everything you do with this account is considered the user’s own behavior. If the EUI finds that the user is not the user himself or has improper use, the user may suspend or terminate the user's account and refuse the user to use the service.

 

2.3 Each user is limited to registering an account. All rights of the user to use the service may not be transferred, loaned to a third party or inherited by a third party.

 

3 About the service

 

3.1 This service provides users with a mobile application to request a legal and qualified private employment service agency to settle the salary in Taiwan.

 

3.2 The exchange rate provided by this service is only for reference. The exchange rate of the actual remittance shall be based on the exchange rate of the local bank of Taiwan and the exchange rate provided by the local partner institution.

 

3.3 When the user uses the service, a fee is charged for each remittance. The actual charge amount will be determined based on the automatic check calculation of the current transaction of the user, and the transaction will be established after the user agrees and confirms.

 

3.4 This service is subject to a limit on the amount of remittances. The specific amount limit will be set by the system according to the service items required by the user.

 

3.5 When conducting this service, the user should confirm the amount of the foreign exchange settlement and the nature of the remittance, and sign the “Declaration of Foreign Workers' Salary Remittance Declaration”. If the report is untrue or incorrect, the user should be responsible for it, such as EUI. The damage shall be borne by the liability for damages.

 

3.6 Invoice for service fee, except that the user uses the carriers approved by the Ministry of Finance to request the cloud invoice of service fee, the user agrees to authorize EUI to donate with a donation code or according to the donation method announced by the Ministry of Finance in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Finance "Key Points for Implementation of Electronic Invoices" to specific institutions or organizations.

  

4 Changes, additions and abolitions of this service

 

4.1 EUI may, in accordance with the actual operating conditions, change the contents of the Service in whole or in part at any time (and without the user's consent or prior notice to the User) and terminate the provision of the Service.

 

4.2 EUI will not be liable for any loss caused by the delay of the service or the inability to trade due to the temporary stop of the transaction.

 

5 Intellectual property rights

 

5.1 EUI PhilMoney APP mobile phone application features, services and works and materials, including but not limited to text, image files, audio and video, copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, other intellectual property rights, ownership or other Rights are all owned by EUI.

 

5.2 The User agrees and acknowledges that the use of the Service and any content of these Terms by the User in connection with the Service or the intellectual property rights contained in the Service shall not constitute the grant of ownership, other rights or benefits of such intellectual property rights.

 

6 Disclaimer

 

6.1 EUI reserves the right to suspend or deny users access to one or all of the Services without prior notice to the User, and the User shall not claim any claim or compensation in this regard:

6.1.1 The user cancels the completed remittance transaction without reason.

6.1.2 The user provides incorrect identity authentication information.

6.1.3 Software or hardware devices that are used to reset, replace, maintain, update or repair the Service.

6.1.4 The EUI audit judges that the user or the recipient of the payment is a money laundering blacklist or a suspected money laundering blacklist, etc., which violates the law of money laundering, anti-terrorism prevention and related financial regulations.

6.1.5 The Service is suspended, interrupted or unable to operate normally due to the actions of a third party or other actions not attributable to EUI.

6.1.6 Other users who use the Service are in violation of the Act, these Terms, or have breached.

 

6.2 When natural disasters, wars, terrorist activities, etc. cannot be attributed to EUI, or the authorities, procuratorial organs, or courts, such as divisions, orders, or measures, may cause delay or failure to use the service, or EUI will not be held liable for any damage to the customer's interests arising from or in connection with the loss of information stored in this application.

 

6.3 EUI shall not be liable for any loss arising from the user's login data being compromised or tampered with by theft of the public network, private network, other Internet and other communication networks.

 

7 This Service may contain services or content provided by other businesses that have a business relationship with EUI, which shall be responsible for the services or content provided by the operator.

 

8 Privacy Policy

 

8.1 The User agrees that EUI will collect, process, and utilize the personal data of the User and the recipient of the payment and verify the authenticity of relevant information and provide such personal information to the relevant third party within the relevant scope of the service, and the user agrees that EUI has The obligation to inform is fulfilled in Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act. If the customer intends to terminate the consent of the above, the service shall be terminated at the same time, and EUI shall be notified in writing to stop collecting, processing and utilizing the user's personal data.

 

8.2 The User agrees that the Business Partner of EUI and EUI may provide the User Personal Data to the Client or the law enforcement agency in order to obtain authorization or legally provide it to the Government and overseas jurisdictions or law enforcement agencies. The User also agrees that EUI may provide the User's personal data to EUI and its business partners, who use this information to communicate with the User about other products or services of EUI and its business partners.

 

9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This clause is subject to Chinese and its applicable law is the law of the Republic of China. The User agrees that the dispute arising from the use of the Service or the Service between EUI and the Service shall be the Court of First Instance of the Taipei District Court of Taiwan.
